Refund Policy

At DIVINIFY, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unburned, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@divinify.com. Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns sent without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Handmade Products

All DIVINIFY candles are hand-poured in small batches. Slight variations in color, shape, finish, or frosting are natural characteristics of handmade soy wax products and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unburned, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
